A Bit About Me

I’ve worked as a physical trainer for over 13 years, with a background in physical education and long-term coaching across different bodies, lifestyles, and constraints.My work starts from a simple premise: health is not something to obsess over, but something to establish firmly enough that it stops interfering with your life.I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training, nor in chasing constant optimization. Every person has different capacities, limitations, responsibilities, and seasons of life. Training should respect those realities—not fight them.My role is to help you build a capable, resilient body by training strength, endurance, mobility, and balance in a way that is sustainable and precise. The goal is not transformation for its own sake, but a body that supports clear thinking, steady energy, and long-term autonomy.If you’re looking for shortcuts, extremes, or identity through fitness, this is not the right place. If you’re looking to use training as a foundation for a fuller life, we’ll work well together.
